Turbo a 94 cobra

Are thier any good turbos out there for a slightly mod'd cobra like mine? What else would i have to do to get my car ready for one? How much would a nice powerful one cost me?

I am trying to get a handle on how much one would cost total. The kit, the install, and any other parts i will need to get so my cobra is ready for the new power.

ProTurbo Kits

Your fuel system will most certainly have to be upgraded and I would spend a little extra and get a better radiator. Not certain who all makes kits for your car, I know several do though. Spend some time over at www.turbomustangs.com. They have links to all the kit manufactures and whatever else you might need.

Probably looking at between $4K and $5K.

At least. Most kits are about that, plus all the other crap you have to buy.

yeah, ProturboKits can get you one with an intercooler for around $4.5k, that's what I'm looking at getting and pushing around 15psi, daily.

Install and tune is about $800-$1000 kits about $3500 which should include injectors, fuel system upgrade, intercooler and headers of course. At least that is what I found. Plus you may need to move some A/C lines or what ever under the hood so add another $100-$200. This is assuming you already have the exhaust system you want . Changing that can run $500- $1000. In the end $5000 is probably a good target. Oh yeah and then there's the new tires, shifter and suspension work and ...... just kidding sort of.
