Default 2.3L: Turbo or NOS?

What would be a better source of power for a rebuilt 89 LX 2.3 w/ forged pistons: NOS or Turbo or could it handle both? Anyone have NOS or NOS and Turbo? Thanx for any info,

CBelue

well if you have forged pistons and I am assuming it has been rebuilt. Then your best power adder would be a t-04 turbo with an ic. You could also add a small touch of NOS, but don't go overboard, I am thinking a 90 shot.
