Default Vortech Aftercooler - Engine Space Issues?

I'm looking to add a Vortech Aftercooler to compliment my SQ-Trim but it looks like engine space is going to be an issue.

I have a Kenny Brown strut tower brace. The main intake tube from the supercharger to the throttle body rubs underneath the brace. My solution was to wrap a couple of strips of two-sided velcro around the strut tower brace where it touches the tube. It cushions the intake tube thus not allowing it to rub.

My concern is that the Aftercooler will simply not fit underneath the strut tower brace. I like the Kenny Brown brace and would want to keep it instead of buy another brand and spending on something that i already have.

Anyone with an Aftercooler face this type of problem with engine space? What was your solution?
