didnt break as much as i thought i did...

cam block plate,
roller rocker,
oil pump,
and a few other odds and in's..

anyway i can have one of the spare motor's waiting to go in anytime.. takes about 5hrs.

this motor should be a cake to fix.. i'll probably go through it and inspect everything and maybe put it in another chassie before next season..

Heck, I can type a timeslip on a brown paper sack and take a picture of it. post some of the car, or I'll be forced to believe there is a big old April fools joke coming.

Or we could race my drag pack 69 w/a cobra t-56, roots blown 428 SCJ motor 9 inch rear and MT's. Can I spray with you? it should be close.

Here is the only pic I have saved of Brads car. It's from C-day 03. I can capture some more images off my video camera if you'd like.

Jesus, you've got 2 senior members here saying it's real. You can go over to corral and ask about Brad and Timebomb, lots of people saw it at Corral Day. What more do you want? It's not like this is a daily driver car, it's a race car. Lots of people run blowers and nitrous.

Guys, now, I'm not quite in the mood to call BS and I'm not saying you guys are lying about b055and the car, but you gotta agree, if I took a brown paper grocery bag, tore off a piece, and put it through the typewriter, it'd look exactly like that "timeslip" you got there.... . Just still having those "Eric4Nitrous" threads still lingering in my mind. Hey, ya gotta admit......

Wait a sec....I super-uber magnified the two pictures...there's a bug smear on the upper passenger side window in the first pic that's not there on the other picture, and there's a small scratch on the passenger front fender just behind the badge that isn't there on both pictures. IT'S A DIFFERENT CAR!!!! No wait, the second picture was made using a photoshoped version of the first picture, yeah, that's it!

Common guys. Don't be so quick to raise the BS flag.

It's a strange story, gotta admit, but it rings of truth. Would I have run that much nitrous with that much boost on a factory production block? No, but it wasn't me that was doing it.

BTW, I'm amazed that there wasn't damage to the block.... Then again, mayber there is, and it will show up a little bit later.

That's a pretty crazy ride.

It wasn't a factory 5.0 block. It was a much stronger 1969 BOSS 302 block, 4-bolt mains, etc

A 1969 BOSS 302 block is still a production block from Ford that came in a factory car. I consider non-production blocks to be SVO block or Dart blocks.

Sheesh, man, calm down. We obviously don't know you that well over here. Wonderful, the guys at Corral know you-- great. We don't. We've had to sift through a ton of BS in the past, people making big claims and promising to show pics and never really "getting around to it" (and not just Eric, either). I hope you don't expect us to just jump on in with praise b4 testing you a little-- that'd be naivity. And like I said b4, I'm not saying you're (or Josh, or anyone else who verifies your car) lying, but I'll say it again, that timeslip looks fake. Hey, maybe it's not, but to me, it looks fake.

Hope you get the motor fixed.

I agree with you. I was just making sure you knew it wasn't a production 5.0 block.

Doesnt matter my car doesnt pass his criteria anyways

His time may be true. His car may be real. But spraying a 325 shot with 16 psi of boost is very very hard to believe.

It would take 900 RWHP for him to run that time in a full weight stang.

A 5.6 = an 8.71 in the 1/4.

b055 : Calm down buddy. You're acting really immature with all of the cursing and arguing. So there are a few people on this board that are weary of your story/car, BIG DEAL. Who cares?

Arguing is getting you nowhere fast. Just let it go and move on. Case closed.
