|  people with strokers what tranny are you running well its time to get a tranny...they stroker didnt like the t5wc its in picecs..i have between 450 to 500hp and will be spraying a 150 shot with slicks and car is 3000 lbs.i have herd so many mixed reviews on the tko600 and some richmond boxes.2 or 3 grand is alot to spend if its gonna blow.

| Re: people with strokers what tranny are you running Put an auto in it and be done. Otherwise if your really wanting the stickshift, I'd have a G-force prepped tranny. At least you'll have a chance of it lasting awhile.

| Re: people with strokers what tranny are you running yea i hear that but i am good at shifting and i like the overdrive because the track is 45min away.the c4 would be the way to go but im gonna get board with out banging gears

My stock T5 held up to my 331 with a 150shot, running 11.00's with 1.5 60ft's, launching at 6k off the line.. You could go with a T45 or the tremmec, both will hold up to quite a bit of abuse. Good luck

| Re: people with strokers what tranny are you running well here is the story..i was running 11.8 when it was a injected 302 with a 150 shot at a 1.6 60ft..then i put the 347 in and ran a 12.2 because i was having carb problems.then i fixed the carb,it was wayy faster and blu the teeth off 2nd gear and the countershaft, so i never go to drag it after i fixed the carb.i am getting a tko this weekend for next to nothing so im gonna put it in and see what happends

| Re: people with strokers what tranny are you running well i got a tko 500 for a great deal from a good friend and it seems to work great...also i got a new carb..quick fuel technology 750 much better throttle response...
