please help me

i have a mustang 92 it has stoped i have put a new gas pump in new comp new relay box will turn over but will not start please help me its my 16 year old son first car helpppppppppp and there is no power running from the fuel pump

check the fuel pump cut off switch its right behind the drivers side tail light in the hatch behind the panel
