Default SN95 Rocker Cover Hell

I need some help. I agreed to finish putting together a 1995 Cobra for a friend. The engine has Trick Flow heads and Roller rocker arms. He did not have the stock rocker covers, I don't know if they would clear the roller rocker arms and I cannot order them from Ford anymore. I have been through 3 sets of aftermarket covers and all of the are to tall to fit under the Cobra intake. I have a set of what I think are truck covers that will fit using a 3/8 inch spacer between the upper and lower intake but the EGR interfers with the oil fill tube. Does anyone know what rocker covers will clear the roller rockers, fit under the intake and allow me to add oil??? Thanks, Harry

You can use the stock 87-93 covers and cut out the baffle. The EGR will be tight, but it will work. I would suggest going with some trickflow tall valve covers and using the 1 inch spacer for the intake, then you can weld in a screw in cap anywhere on the valve cover you want to...

Yes, I am trying to find a set of stock covers. I don't want to use a 1 inch spacer cause I'm trying to keep the stock hood, with the 3/8 spacer I only have 1/4 to the hood. Thanks, Harry

Pull the valve covers off, back the 94-95 out and pull in anything but a 94-95 and reinstall the valve covers! Problem solved. J/K.....nothing is easy with the 94-95. I hate to see them pull in to the parking lot at my shop.
