Default building a 306

I have a spare block that I’m having bored out to a 306, is there anything special I should have done to the block, crank? Should the stock rods be replaced? Is there one piston better then the other? What’s the difference between forged and Hypereutectic pistons? Any help you guys can give would be great. what i am adding to the motor is a e303 cam. new roller timing chain, gt 40 P heads, and a air gap manifold with a 650 holley double pump carb.
