I seen a stock GT with 3.73 gears run a 13.70. But it was a stick.

What gears were in it to begin with? My cousin dropped 8 tenths with a swap to 4.10's in his '90 SC cougar XR7. My dad's 91 GT 5 speed went 14.6 at 94mph stock, so I think you should definitely run in the upper 14's with those parts- power brake the launch though to get the revs up a little. My dad now runs 13.7's with pulleys, exhaust, 3.55's, and sportsman pro tires.

it will most likely be high 14s, but to be sure bump your timing and air up your front tires for less rolling resistance, my car went 14.40's for a while with not much more than you've got

Yeah I think you should be in the 14's. Probably high 14's... i'm guessing 14.8... should have gotten 4:10's.
