15x3.5's for the street?

Does anyone here run 3.5's on the front on your daily driver? Is it unsafe to run a tire that small up front? Does it make the front tires prone to locking up under hard stops?

Also, will 15x10's even fit on the back of a 79 - 93 model? Or is 15x8 the limit?

It depends on the backspacing of the wheel. I run 17x8 all the way around on mine with 245/45/17 Yokohama's and I have never had a problem with rubbing. They don't stick out either.

So if you are going like 40 and you try and stop the car in 10 feet, they don't lock up?

What about when you say to watch the turns, what do you mean?

I have 15x3 welds up front and drive them on the street with no problems. The only thing you have to remember is,to allow yourself a safe amount of time when coming to a stop,or yes you could very well lock up the front wheels.

Also don't try to take corners going 80mph either with the skinnies up front as it's very unsafe!!

I've driven with skinnies up front for the last 3 years, have had no problems.Just use your head when your driving http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...board/wink.gif
