Post 170 thermostat

I have a 170 thermostat and was just wondering if I should have a 180 or 195 in. I heard that running a little hotter might wake up a few ponies. It runs ALOT cooler than when I got it bone stock. Anyone have any suggestions?

'91 LX 5.0 HO, ported, polished, and milled .030 stock heads with triple valve springs and 194/160 stainless valves, 1.6 rr, removed air silencer w/K&N, March A/C eliminator, air pump removed, two electric fans out of the engine compartment in front of stock radiator
