Exclamation 170K on the block..rebuild???

Hi everyone.
Since I blew one of my heads , I'm thinking of getting a pair of aftermarkets... However, since I have 170K miles on the stock block, I have the dilemma of installing the new heads on this block, OR should I consider a rebuild? The engine ran fine, no serious oil leaks (some oil pressure drop, but I think it's the oil sending unit), exhaust is clean, no significant loss of power up to now. I drive the car clean (no redlining, don't 'beat up' on it etc.)
Any suggestions??

p.s. I have read before that many stock engines can hold up to 250 miles or more.

thanks!
