17x9's rubbing

I have a set of ford Cobra R's that are 17x9 on my 1994 mustang. They have 255/40/r17 tires. I keep knocking the weights off on the inside of the rim. I put spacers and they still get knocked off. The tire is also rubbing on the sway bar. Any ideas what I can do? I do not want my tires sticking way out. Thanks

You may also see rubbing on the rear of the control arms... you can alleviate this by removing the jacking pads on the A-arms. As for the sway bar, rack limiters may be the way to go. As for knocking-off the weights, you can have the wheels balanced with stick-on weights that hide inside the lip of the rim. Good luck.
