Post 1984 Mustang L

Hello,
I have an '84 Mustang L, with a 302 H.O., and a T-50D Transmission, and it seems that I need to rebuild the carb.

How hard is it to rebuild the Holley on this critter?
Thx in advance.

I have never rebuilt one, so I don't know how hard it would be. I imagine it would be relatively complicated though. Maybe you should consider an alternate route. Jegs sells remanufactured Edelbrock Performer carbs for $185.99. Not a bad deal. Their rebuild kits range from $20-$80, depending on which Holley you have. I probably haven't been much help.

Here is the link, in case you're interested.

Thanks for the info, I've rebuilt a Hitachi carb, and it went fairly smoothly, but too many sensors!

Just got through putting a new heater core in, now THAT was a pain!
