Default 1990 5.0 GT Springs

I need new springs for my car ('90 5.0 GT), but don't know which ones to get. I called a Ford dealer and they told me to look for a spring code on the door, I didn't find this.

What springs can I use on this car?
I don't know anything about springs (I mean anything), but I do know people that can help me once I can tell them what springs I need.

You just want to replace them with stock springs? And the dealer didn't know the part#? What planet are you on?
Why not take the opportunity to upgrade your suspension? A nice set of performance springs, shocks and struts will do your mustang right.

I don't have much money.

The car was lower imporoperly, right now I scape on almost every driveway I enter and it rides really rough. I will want to put nice stuff back on, just when I have the money.

Guy at the dealership told me it would be around $75 per spring, is that about right?

guy at dealer sounds like not very swift 75.00 way to much
try local wrecking yards. or save your money and contact jamex
they sell packages cheap /springs,struts ,shocks about 200-220
seems to be cheapst packages around

I bought a set of FORD RACING springs for $135 (new). They are stiffer than stock and lower the car about 1/2"-1". They are also variable rate springs so the ride shouldn't be that bad (I haven't put them in yet).
