Arrow 1990 LX Clutch Problems

I am having a Problem with my 1990 LX. The Gear is stuck in 3rd Gear. The Shifter is in Neutral. I feel that it may be the pressure plate... Anyone else have any Suggestions

Have you checked your clutch cable? A common problem for mustangs is either hard shifting or breakage of the clutch cable from stress over time. If it's not that you may have to pull the tranny to find out what's exactly wrong.
