Default 302 valve springs

I'm building a 1990 302 roller engine to put in my 1967 mustang.I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on valve springs and rocker arms or any other parts. I am using a motorsport e303 cam with ported, gasket matched, and oversize valves (1.85"/1.55") in gt-40P heads, and speed-pro forged pistons with reliefs. Should I use 1.6 or 1.7 rocker arms?

Both Crane and Comp cams have 5.0 specific springs that will handle 550 lift that come with retainers and keepers (crane does I know because thats whats on mine) Since you have aftermarket pistons you could go wit h1.7s

I DONT have aftermarket pistons, and run 1.7's on top of the e-cam, you'll be fine, i have some comp cams springs i bought without retainers, i'll have to look for the part# if you want it.
my stock retainers were smaller then the aftermarket's, but still run on the car today with no problems.
So i spent about 70$ on the springs, and gained some hp.
