![]() I have the chance to get a 347 for $200. Everything has to be put together though. It includes everything from crank to heads. My main question is I know when you buy a 347 short block from CHP or any of the other big companies they come with some kind of oil control system because they are known to burn oil; i don't know how true this is but I would like to know what I need to do because Me and my dad will be building it ourselves.

![]() you can modify the oil passages for oil control but theres not much you can do for oil consumption ?
which kit is it has the block been cleared thats where most of the money goes.
