347 Stroker kit

I just bought a 5.0 out of a friends 91 gt. I was going to rebuild it and have it stroked with a 347 stroker kit. Any suggestons on what kit to go for? I was also thinking about carborating it and putting in a 87-93 gt. Gonna be any major problems with that? What cam and what heads should I get? I want a solid 12.5 street car to drive on the weekends and to drive to the track and spank a few rice rockets. Any suggestions welcome and appreciated. Thanks guys

You can look around for any kind of kits. Summit sells one for around 1500. You might go to a local machine shop and see what there opinions are. I got a eagle Forged crank balanced. Eagle forged rods. Ross forged pistons(Flat top). I would suggest a new intake. I got mine fully ported and polished and I still dont like it. Getting a Trick Flow. You might want to call Automotion in Indianapolis. They have GREAT deals on piecing high performance motors together.
