347 stroker questions

Hi there, I am currently building a 347 stroker using eagle steel crank, forged eagle h-beam rods and custom forged je pistons, trick flow twisted wedge heads and edelbrock performer rpm intake with a c4 auto. What I am wondering is what other people run for mph on the track or make for numbers on the dyno. I also am considering getting the heads and intake stage 2 or 3 ported by fox lake. Will the stage 2 help me out and will the stage 3 hurt me. I know that to much could hurt me but I am unsure. Would the extra cubes benefit from the stage 3 port job? I will also be spraying either a dry 150 shot or going to the big shot efi wet system. Any information is appreciated. Thanks
