Default 351 w motor choice

I need help in picking from 2 351w motors that I have to put in my 1989 coupe. I have a 91 Crown Vic TB 351w Police motor and a 1986 F150 351w HO 4bbl motor to choose from. I have the CV wiring harness and sensors to use, if necessary. I also have a 91 CV 302, complete car w/SEFI to use, only having to get an aftermarket 351w upper and lower intake...I just can't figure the best setup out of what I have available to use.....Thanx....

I would go with the Crown Vic engine.

The truck motor has better rods, although the police motor may have them too ??
The area around the top of the rod bolt on truck motors is beefier (its shaped like a football as opposed to being round) thats the way you can tell.
