351W, which heads?
 
I have the following heads in my garage,

D00E
E7TE
GT40 (Not P)

Which ones should I use on my 351W Build.... (I am thinking that the E7TE are out)

I am thinking GT40... but am open to suggestions....

D00E is the best u have listed bigger valves and ports that the others
