351w or s/c 302?

Hey guys,
As you can see by my sig. at the bottom, I haven't done too much. My original plans were to slowly modify my 302 to eventually supercharge it. Now after checking this site all the time, I don't know if I should go with a 351 instead. I was just curious about your opinions guys.
Also, how much am I looking to spend total eihter way I go.
Thanks in advance
Scott

I think the 351 would be cool if you keep it EFI, but it would cost you more to do the swap with the engines than putting a blower on your 302 (i think) but i have never done that before i am just going by what i see and read at this message .
If you want to keep it as a daily driver than i would just put a lot of bolt on parts on the 302 and thin put a vortech
s trim on it and it will really kick some *** and still be easy to manage as a daily driver.
good luck eather way go it will still hawl *** .

thats what I was thinking because I can do a little at a time and it will be easier on my wallet. What do you other guys think?

Go for the easier route for now, trust me being 302 blown N'boosted is fun as hell! http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/wink.gif
Later on down the line, when the 302 is getting tired, burning alotta oil, etc, etc then maybe look into a larger displacement motor, like a stroker http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/biggrin.gif aka Sleeper image http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/biggrin.gif
