393ci. ques.

anyone running a 393 efi on the street, if so what kind of performance do you have?

a little to much for my suspention hopefully the cage im adding will help brace it .

were doing a new engine for a more streetable car we are still hung up on the cam selection and might go with a auto this time .

loads of torque and used factory forged pistons but the part
numbers vary for block (351 block year pistons are 302 units)

modified a truck intake into a box upper doesnt hurt torque when you have to much.

i run a home built twin turbo but havent runn a full 1/4 do to not having a cage but the car is fast i need to learn how to launch on slicks though. one the street i can just keep it in gear and it pull's

I hear you on the cage! I have a convertable so i'll probably have to take it easy till i can get the extra $ to put one in. Sounds like you have a fast car, thanks for the reply.
