Default 4 cyl. spindles vs. V8 spindles

Are the spindles the same on a V8 car and a 4 banger. I want to run the bigger brakes I dont w3ant to change spindles if I dont have to. I have the v8 stuff on another car but I dont want to have to compress the spring and take the struts off if I dont have to. Also if the spindles are the same and all I have to do is change rotors, I can use the 5 lug Lincoln rotors on the front with the Lincoln Calipers and have 11" 5 lug brakes in teh front correct???

Thanks
Brad
