Aluminum intakes on Aluminum heads are a pain in the arse. I torgue them (in the correct pattern) starting at 10#, do that like 2 or 4 times until they're ALL at 10#. Once you work your way out to the ends, the middle ones are no longer at 10#, with me? Then up to 15#, do the same thing, then on to 20#, do the same thing, then on to 24#. Be VERY careful on the end bolts!!! There's not alot of meat out on the end of the head for the intake bolt to hang onto. Our 333 is fine, but our 347 I actually had to use longer bolts just on the 4 corners. Sounds like a pain in the ass, and it IS! But that method works really well, and should kill your leak. After the engine gets some heat in her, kill it and retorque. You'll be SURPRISED how loose those bolts are!
