408w update
Many of you probably remember me posting about the buddies 408w that he bought last summer, that only put down 305 horse on the dyno.
We knew we had a fuel issue. So he decided the edelbrock rpm heads were not enough, so he had me put on the edelbrock victor jr heads. Even with the head change, only a little power gain was noticeable. So then he decided he wanted the electric fuel pump. While he was at it, he wanted a rear sump tank. When we removed the tank, behold the fuel line that was 3/4 of the way crimped, in two spots close to the tank. All of that darn diagnosing for a bone headed thing like that. I am going to post some pics of the custom 4 link suspension we bolted in today, along with the strange 33 splined axle 8.8, all with the c clip eliminator mod and a spool. I am so looking forward to racing this thing soon! Thanks for all the help last summer guys. Ryan
