Question 460 DOVE-A Block

Question for all you big block people... I'm trying to decide if the engine I got is a really-good engine or just an OK engine. Casting numbers that I see are as follows:

Block: DOVE-A
Heads: D3VE-A2A

I have another set of heads coming, but I don't know what castings they are yet. Does anyone know what I have here?

heads are 73, block is 70. the early blocks are the best and 68 heads are good (adj. rockers)
