Default 5 Lug Conversion

I have an 86 Mustang 5.0 I'm interested in converting to the 5 lug pattern, but I'm seeing a couple different prices for conversion packages. There was a rather fair price package around FMS-M-1102-C $300-$400, but person told me that I needed to use the
87-93 spindle, strut, and brake hardware. Is this true?

Can someone help me out who's converted from 4 to 5 lug and didn't have a big hassle doing it. I thank whomever in advance.
