Baer makes a 12" front rotor that allows for 16" wheels, but the cost is nearly the same as M2300K and the brakes are not as good as M2300K. If you got MORE money, look into the Brembo catalog... Drool.
(Oh I know there exists some rare 16" wheel somewhere, that someone one found to fit, but 99% of the time its 17").
