Question 50/50 lakewood shocks?

hey guys. i have a 88gt. and the shocks are really bad.. and i have a set of lackwood 50/50 shocks that are unused becuase i bought them for my other mustang which is a 1980 and never put them on because i sold it. i was just wondering if the 50/50 rear shocks from the 80 would fit my 88.
