65mm throttle body on explorer
 
Can i use the 65mm FRP throttle body that i have on my stock intake on my new(used) gt40p intake? Are the the same size or different?

Yes it works fine. I have a FRP 65mm TB and 67mm EGR spacer on my explorer intake. Just take the throttle body studs out of your stock intake and screw them into your explorer intake and everything swaps over no problem.
