Unhappy Oil leak or something.....

okay driving throught town last night and i noticed that my car had a check oil light on and i didnt know what was up with that, i have just replaced the valve cover gaskets and the intake gaskets, and oil pan gasket. I am constantly check ing the oil to make sure its where it needs to be but then tonight i am driving and the car throws the check oil light and is about a quart low, now the car is running great, and i didnt think it was burning oil, anyone got any ideas? i run 10w40 and i changed the oil like a month ago. any help would be greatly appreciated. also just a note, the car is supercharged.
