91 bronco 302 fuel pump question

I realize this is a mustang board, but i can't find anywhere alse that's worth the trouble..

I have a 91 bronco 4x4 302 EFI, I installed a plow on it today.

my problem, after completing the work, i went to start it and all it does is turn over.. the fuel pump does'nt turn on.. I can hear the relay switch turn on and then off, but the pump won't run... everything worked fine this morning. I've checked everything i've touched.. I did run the battery low while adjusting the plow pump, but now it's fully charged...

Is there a fuseable link?? where/ what can i check??

I assume the pump in the tank, if it's the pump, can i install an aftermarket pump outside the tank without removing the factory pump?? Can i run a hot wire to test the pump??

any help is appreciated.. I am so confused........

for future reference (if ever needed) Bronco's have a fuel pump safety cutoff switch on the interior firewall..
