Post 91 T-bird 5.0 HO?

a friend of mine has a 91 thunderchicken and he told be he had a 5.0 in it which i knew that was entirely possible but when i went to look at it the plate on the intake said 5.0 HO, it looks like the same intake on the 94-95 5.0s where it elows out to the TB, is this the roller motor and does it have the same E7's as stangs? i wasnt aware that t-birds had the HO motor, is it the same one as ours or what? can i show him the free HP things that work for stangs or will it not work on his? oh yah, does he probably have the 2.73 gears too?

The free horsepower things should work, they apply to lots of fords. I would bet that it is the HO.

Im pretty sure it is the same motor except for the intake manifold, which costs the t-bird a few horsepower. I think they were rated at 210 instead of 225 due to the restrictive intake, which was required for hood clearance on the t-bird.
