Default 91 T5 problems

I bought the Hanlin rebuild kit, used the video, and rebuilt my T5. I installed a new Center Force DF Clutch, new TO Bearing, cut the flywheel, new BBK quadrant, cable and adjuster. My ASE Cert buddy did the work. T5 is new to him though. He had me put 1 heavier duty dextron and 1 3/4 of DextronIII. Now my car is temprimental with 2nd Gear. Occassionally double clutching will work.
