Question 94 GT fuel pump relay

I've seen a couple of threads looking for fuel pump relays and they all seem to be for other model years. I'm looking for the location of the fuel pump relay for my '94 GT.

Here is the problem I'm having I just bought this mustang and the previous owner had not used it in over a year and the gas was nasty I used up what was there and changed the filter. Now the car won't start, I don't hear the fuel pump come on at all and I suspect that either the relay or fuel pump need replacing. I went out and got a fuel pump relay but the auto parts tech could not tell me where is located. I bought the Haynes Mustang Manual and it mentions that there is a fuel pump relay but doesn't say or show where it is. I've looked under the hood, seats and under the spare tire well and can't find where the relay is located.

I would really appreciate any help that anyone can give...
