'95 GT Keyless Entry Module

I am trying to find a replacement module for a '95 GT. I can't seen to get any info even with the part number of the module. Any ideas?

Further testing indicated the keless entry module was not the problem. We got lucky and found a bad ground at the battery. car started right up.
