![]() I want a 1995 GT Mustang, but a convitable would be cool. Why do most people buy hardtops than droptops... what are the problems. And what does GT and GTS means, and is there a GTS Conv??

![]() Drop-tops are fun in the warm months but they are loud on the highway and very cold in the winter. Depending on your location you also have to worry that converts are a lot easier to steel and you dont feel right leaving it even with the top up. Plus you'll have higher insurance premiums. Dont get me wrong though, I have a 84 convert and I like it better than my 2000 hardtop.

![]() I think the GTS came out in 1996? It was kind of a option deleted car from my understanding. Nothing special.

Oh, and convertables are cool. If I bought another car for just sunday cruising, I would buy a convertable. Otherwise I'd get a coupe. ------------------ Driving: 1998 F-150 Far way in Edmonton==> ![]() 1995 Mustang GT |

![]() If you decide to get a convertible, I suggest you install full-length sub-frame connectors and a strut tower brace. Makes a HUGE difference.
