A9L -vs- A9S Computers
Is there a difference in the AOD computer (A9S) and the manual Computer (A9L) ? Swapped to mass air and got a bad computer so my buddy had an computer from an automatic and we put it in my car and everything seems to run great, no fault codes. Can I just keep running the AOD computer or should I have him get me a new manual transmission computer? After some calling around "the pros" said there is no difference, does anyone know for sure?

You can use the aod computer, in fact it has a more agressive spark & fuel curve than the 5-speed eec.I am currently running one on my stroker with a t-5 and actually picked up 2 tenths!
