Question Accelerator pedal feels loose

The accleerator pedal on my car feels too loose to me. It is not the actual pedal or the connecting arm that is loose, but the cable seems to have too much slack. My question is can I adjust this somewhere. It looks as though I can adjust something near the throttle body, but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

At the throttle body where the accelarator cable hooks on to there should be a screw that controls the travel. Make sure while your turning the screw you have your engine on so you can hear or check the tach and make sure that you don't over do it and change the idle setting.

Thanks Fostang, I figured that's what the screw was for, but I wanted to be sure.
