Adjusting stud mount rockers

I have just installed a set of 1.6 stud mount roller rockers how much do i tighten them at zero lash should the push rod turn easy be tight, and should the rocker move any from side to side at zero lash even though the bolt is tight?

Zero lash is when the pushrod just tight enough that it will not move up or down, and loose enough to spin it easily with your fingers.
