Default Air/fuel ratio and Electric fuel pressure guage Q:

How accurate is an electric fuel pressure guage?
Are they easy to install? sending unit hook to shrader valve?
Anyone use a A/F ratio guage? are they reliable for tuning?
I've heard wideband O2 is the only kind you can trust? $$$!!!
