Default Annoying Tick when warm

Last week my car began making a tick when warm. I lowered the timing to 15* and upped the fuel pressure to 40psi and it still makes the tick. It only happens between 1700-2300 rpm. The codes I've pulled are 41 and 91 (lean condition). Should I up the fuel to 44 psi or so? I drove it before and it never made the tick (two-three weeks or so) before it started making the tick? With the engine off it pulls a nice fat 11. What should I do? If it were my egr would It pull a code for it? Should I just bump up the pressure? Im pretty sure the tick is pinging, but it sounds basically like an exhaust leak. Could it be my o2's? THX guys, your help will be appreciated.
