Question Another heat issue and it is 10degrees

Ok guys,
you've probally heard about this situation plenty of times. I am affraid that this problem may cause long term problems. I have a 87 5.0 with sd, Ever since i did a motor swap i have tried everything to get the heat to work, the problem is i dont think the motor is producing enough heat to even make the motor run with out staying in open loop, the motor temp has not ever exceeded 140, and there is not even warm air blowing out of the vents, so far i have tried 195 thermo, also i replaced the fan clutch a while back and it seems like it is staying on could this be my problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Soon i think i am just going to buy an electric fan that i can turn on and off, The car always ran cold even with the orignal motor but now it is really to cold

thanks
raini
