Brakes
You can get the rear conversion for disc brakes for pretty cheap. Here's two websites that were posted on the board before about it. I'm not sure if the links are gonna work so you may just have to cut and paste in your browser bar.
SIte 1: http://home.pacbell.net/black306/tech/reardisc.html
Site 2: http://www.svo73mm.cjb.net/
According to these sites you can grab the main parts from a junkyard (20-50 dollars), grab a set of custom brackets(50 bucks), and get an e-brake line for another 50-80 bucks and your all set. So if your looking on getting a fan or getting disc brakes, its about the same amount of money. The choice is up to you.
