Any cheap lightening for a Fox convertible?
Now that I've got the 3.73s in, my car really hauls. However, you can really feel feel her weight from a stop. I'm considering front seats, but besides that, I'm pretty clueless as to any other weight removal. Remember this is a non-track, all street car!
Thanks ------------------ 1991 LX 5.0 Convertible: AOD w/ shift kit, 3-piece Steeda chassis stiffening kit, 4-pt. roll-bar, 3.73s, K&N, MAC shorties and cat-backs, bad-ass Firestone SZ50EP tires (225/55 16). Underdrive pullies and white face guages coming. |

Fiberglass hood, aluminum heads, hehe, different seats, sound deadning.
Really, I'd invest in more power, screw the weight, get hook, subframes and power man. Get a PI stallion 2600-2800rpm stall converter and say goodbye to the feeling of extra poundage with torque multiplication! |
