the kenne bell blower make a bunch of torque down low and that could be a problem on street tires. all the other you have to rev a bit to make power. what your going to end up with here is people posting about whatever blower they have and tell you there experiences with them, so you'll have to read and base for yourself what's best for what your looking for

I had KB for a few years...suggest searching for my previous posts on my experience with it.

Btw, in the poll you have both ATI and Procharger as discrete choices.

Good questions.....

I myself have a NOVI (Paxton) a friend of mine (mufflerboy) just received his Kenne Bell 1500. We will be installing the NOVI in the spring and the Kenne this winter. I will have full install articles once we are completed.

Basically if you want HUGE amounts of Torque down low, get the Kenne, they really give you that "big block" feel.

I myself like the idea of the blower up top. If my friend and I were to race (with the same motors) I would beat him in the 1/4 because my blower would pull all through the race. He would also have big traction problems

I have a name and e-mail address of a guy selling a NOVI 1000 kit 1400miles for $1200. Let me know if interested. I can also get you one new for $1600.

Ian

if you can get the KB car to hook, the centrifugal will fall behind out of the gate and be forced to play catch up. And the KB does not loose any real pressure, it just does not gain like a centrifugal. Get through the gears by shifting at optimal points and that gain out of the gate will likely be REAL hard to catch, forcing the cent to rpm to make the power to catch up. Makes for mistakes by the driver and broken parts.
