Post TFS or Yates Heads on stock block???

Ok well I see the yates heads 40cc Chamber could you run that on a stock Block?? Or would I need to rebuild the block for the heads?? What kind of power and compresstion would that be?

Next to get: rocker arms,Cam,TFS Heads,Injectors 26,Holley intake, What might I need???
