Anyone running a 4 core radiator?
Has anyone with a 4 core radiator run into problems with the fan shroud fitting correctly without causing interference with the fan blades?
I got a fan shroud and had to cut almost all of the top of it off to clear the blades. I was told since the 4 core is almost twice as think as a standard radiator that it moves the radiator closer to the fan which cause the shroud not to fit correct. Has anyone had this trouble? Is there a special shroud for thicker radiators?

Considering the fan normally sits in the shroud, I dont see where movint it closer would cause a problem, unless it moved it up or down also. I might be wrong, but I am pretty sure the fan is designed to fit inside the shroud.

I understand what you mean unless the dimensions inside the shroud are different between the shallow and deepest part.
